Non-electric Detonators

The non-electric initiation system is designed to initiate explosives, including explosives loaded into the blast hole pneumatically, in open pit and underground non-coal mines.

The system allows for the flexible creation of a blasting network with virtually any number of blast holes, significantly improving blasting efficiency. It is an extremely flexible solution that can be adapted to the individual needs of each mine and the characteristics of the rock being mined.

The system includes:

– NITRONEL – non-electric hole and surface detonators,

– ERGONEL – reinforced non-electric hole fuses,

– NITROTUBE – shock tube,

– auxiliary system components: NITROBUNCH fuse set, shock tube connector and T-connector
